Yummy Chocolate sauce

Its a strange realization I had today, What if we hadn’t got this time we are in today, its sort of like a pause. A pause from the busy and fast moving life. Isn’t it?

Its a highly anxious feeling of not making it there, to the end, happy and content. I dont think that is possible. There will always be something or the other we wish we could have or some place we wish we would travel or a lot of another scanerios. The maximun we can control over something is this very moment. We can make considerate choices, we can spend time with people who we love, we can laugh a little louder, we can share smiles, we can live life.

Life is what we make it, so make the best out of it. Be a little grateful each day everyday.

Chocolate sauce with Churros

Lets get this chocolate sauce done now!

  1. In a pan take about 3/4 cup of milk, to it add some castor sugar and add about 1/4 cup of butter, and boil the mixture until the sugar dissolved. (Wet mix)
  2. In a bowl take about 1/4 cup of coco powder and 1/4 cup of sugar and about 1/2 tbp of all purpose flour. (Dry Mix)
  3. Add about 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence to the wet mixture.
  4. Now gently add the wet mixture in the dry mixture and mix it well until it gets the desired sauce consistency.
  5. You can add some chopped dark chocolate to this mixture to make it rich. (This step is optional if you dont want it rich or if you dont have chocolate around)
  6. You can also flavor the sauce with a slight tinge of spices like cinnamon and nutmeg or even flavor it with coffee.

#Tip: Adjust the quantity of ingredients you are using as per your requirements.

There your chocolate sauce is good to go, you can have it with icecream, Crunchy Churros, Milkshakes, anything you wish to have it with.
